By downloading or using Chair Yoga for Seniors (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app provides bundled chair yoga routines, guided poses with optional voice prompts, an optional daily reminder, and a simple journal of your sessions. It is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
You agree to use the app for lawful, personal use. You are responsible for the device on which the app runs and for any backups of the data stored within it.
The app provides general wellness content, not medical, fitness, or training advice. It is not a substitute for evaluation, advice, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before starting or changing any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a chronic condition, or are recovering from surgery.
Move at your own pace. Skip any pose that hurts. Stop if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or experience any pain. The app is a guide, not a coach. You are responsible for your own safety.
The app, its name, design, and code are owned by Claya LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claya LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including any loss of data or any injury related to physical exercise.
All data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, restore from backup, or any other cause.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
